Bioinsure (ACC Hall International, Inc./ACC) maintains a confidential relationship with clients. As such, we want you to know that information is held in strict confidence as per the following practices and procedures:
ACC will not disclose any confidential business or personal information regarding a client, including trade secrets, to anyone except as is necessary in order to provide products or services to that client or otherwise as may be required or permitted by law.
ACC may disclose as necessary any information that we receive regarding a client to individuals and companies that provide assistance in obtaining insurance quotes or policies or premium financing for that client, or that provide assistance in resolving claim or coverage issues for that client. Such individuals and companies may include, but are not limited to, inspection, credit, or safety services.
Access to confidential business or personal information including trade secrets is restricted to ACC employees, employees of affiliates of ACC companies, or others who have need to know that information in order to service a particular account. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are maintained at all times to protect confidential business or personal information on ACC clients.
